Delivery & Pick Up Services - Island of Maui

Our standard delivery and pick up charge starts at $75.00.  Our standard delivery charge is for Monday-Saturday scheduled between 9 a.m.-5 p.m.  

For an additional charge, you may request an AM (between 9a.m.-1p.m.) PM (between 1p.m-5p.m.) delivery pickup time.  We will honor requests AM or PM until the delivery/pickup slots for that day are filled.  If you require a more exact delivery/pickup time, we offer Specified/Delivery pickup.

Specified Delivery & PickUp

Deliveries and pickups can be scheduled for our specified delivery service and will be guaranteed delivery/pickup within a one hour window of your choice between 9-5 PM.  This service must be arranged prior to the delivery/ pickup day and can be limited to the number of specified time requests we receive for a given day.  Charges are an additional $50 per specified delivery/pickup window.

After Hours Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickups can be scheduled anytime outside of our regular business hours.  Pricing for this service begins at $100 and can increase based on time, location and size of order.  Call us at 808-268-1584 for a quote.

Sunday Delivery & Pickup

Deliveries and pickups scheduled on Sunday can be arranged.  Pricing for this service begins at $100.00 and can increase based on time, location, and size of order.  Call us at 808-268-1584 for a quote.

Outer Island Deliveries

Our table linens can be shipped to any of the outer islands for rental.  Call us at 808-268-1584 for a linen shipping quote.  Arrangements for rentals of our lounge furnishings can be arranged as well.  Please contact us.

Chaircover & Linen Installation

Pacific Event Group can send a crew to your event location to install chaircovers, sashes and table linen.  There is a minimum charge of $2.00 per chair and $10.00 per table (tablecloth, runners & napkins, etc.) to install in a pre-set room, setting with ample time for setup.
